Although we had to wait almost 6 months because of a worldwide stock issue! , we are very happy with the entire team. They always answered the phone or the emails to inform us when the ski will come in stock. As soon as the ski arrived, they gave us a call and we could pick us the ski two days after. The sale team (omar) was amazing and so friendly. The finance person was top notch, The younger lady (sorry I forgot her name) that helped us with the accessories was very nice and helpful and the younger guy (sorry I forgot his name) that went through the technical aspects of the ski was very nice and knowledgable.
